How we work

A simple process you can hold us to

Clear scope, regular updates and work that is accepted before it is invoiced.

  1. 01

    Discovery

An introductory call and a short set of written questions. We learn what you are trying to achieve, what already exists and what “done” looks like.

    • Introductory call (Zoom, WhatsApp or Viber)
    • Review of existing systems and access needs
    • NDA signed before you share details, if needed
  2. 02

    Proposal

You receive a written proposal: what will be delivered, in which milestones, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you agree.

    • Scope and deliverables
    • Milestones and timeline
    • Fixed, monthly or hourly quote
    • Bilingual contract (English / Vietnamese)
  3. 03

    Build

We work in short iterations and share progress every week, with a demo or staging environment where it makes sense.

    • Weekly written progress report
    • Code in a repository you can access
    • Open issues tracked in one place
  4. 04

    Review & Acceptance

You review each milestone (or each month for retainers) against the scope. The period closes with a signed acceptance report.

    • Review against the written scope
    • Fixes for anything that does not match
    • Signed acceptance report
  5. 05

    Support

After launch we stay available under the warranty period or a support plan, with response times agreed in the contract.

    • Warranty period for defects
    • Optional support plan
    • Handover documentation

FAQ

Common questions

Do you sign a contract?

Yes, for every engagement. The contract is bilingual (English and Vietnamese) and covers scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of the work.

Who owns the source code?

You do. Full ownership of the source code and deliverables transfers to you once the work has been paid in full. Open-source and third-party components keep their own licenses.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign your NDA or provide ours before you share any confidential details.

How do payments work?

Fixed-scope projects are paid by milestone, as agreed in the contract. Retainers and hourly work are invoiced monthly after acceptance. Invoices are issued in USD and paid by international bank transfer.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Fixed-scope projects include a warranty period for defects against the agreed scope. The length of the period is written into the contract.

How quickly do you respond?

We reply to messages within 1 business day. Support plans can include faster response times, defined in the contract.

What do you need from us to get started?

A description of the problem, access to any existing systems involved, and one person on your side who can answer questions and approve work.

Do you work with small businesses and individuals?

Yes. We work with individual founders as well as established teams, and size the scope to the problem.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you need. We reply within 1 business day with questions or a next step.
